We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Specification Writer in our U.S. headquarters at Teterboro Airport, NJ.

Technical Specification Writer – TEB 1280

Summary of Duties
Write and update the customer specification using E-Spec software including: Technical specification for Avionics (section 1), Interior (Sections 2-5), Interior Finishing Specification (Section 6) with the input from Avionics, Interior Specification Specialists and Interior Designers using the marked-up MOLP and notes

Maintain the Master Specification for all model aircraft

Maintain the Master Option List descriptions in coordination with the MOLP (Master Option List Pricing)

Release the Completion Center CSRs (Completion Specification Requests)

Coordinate the revisions and distribution of the Customer Specification and other related documents

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Aviation knowledge or similar experience required
Technical writing experience in a database environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite

Desired Qualifications
Preferred knowledge of XML, editing programs-Epic Editor is a plus
Knowledge of Falcon Aircraft is desired
Ability to read technical schematics
