Jet Professionals JP Benefits division, in partnership with Berkeley Accident & Health LLC, have come together to put together a first of its kind Business Aviation Employee Benefits Captive that affords aviation employers the opportunity to gain more control over their health insurance and reduce its costs. Under this program it combines the benefits of two common risk management approaches: self-funded employee benefit plans and group captives. While both approaches are widely used, the Berkley Business Aviation product combines the two together into an innovative solution for small to medium sized Business Aviation employers.
