The Professional Aviation Maintenance Association is the premier association for the Aviation Maintenance Technician. PAMA promotes professionalism and recognition for the Aviation Maintenance Technician. PAMA does this by fostering continuous improvement in aviation safety and community through communication, education, representation, and support. PAMA's goals are:
